Hummus, Carrot, Cucumber & Egg Sandwich
- 2 slices Burgen Soy & Linseed Bread
- 1 egg (boiled and sliced)
- 20 g hummus
- 1/2 medium carrot (grated)
- 1/4 medium cucumber (sliced)
Spread hummus onto one slice of bread and layer the sliced egg, grated carrot and cucumber slices
Top with remaining slice of bread, cut in half and serve.
