Avocado, Fetta & Beetroot Sandwich

  • 2 slices Burgen Soy & Linseed Bread
  • 1/4 medium avocado (sliced)
  • 30 g low fat fetta
  • 4 sliced betroot (tinned slices)
  1. Layer sliced avocado and beetroot onto one slice of bread and crumble fetta on top.

  2. Assemble sandwich with remaining slice of bread and cut in half to serve.
