Tuna & White Bean Salad
- 95 g tuna (in springwater, drained)
- 100 g cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 tbsp red onion (diced)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Add tuna, beans, tomatoes and onion into a salad bowl and toss to combine
Dress with oil and vinegar and toss again until salad is well coated
Serve immediately or refrigerate in airtight container
