Chicken & Brown Rice Salad
- 60 g chicken (grilled, diced)
- 125 g brown rice cup (microwaveable )
- 2 cups leafy greens (spinach, lettuce, rocket)
- 1/4 cucumber (sliced)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp fetta (crumbled )
Add all ingredient into a bowl and toss to combine. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve or refrigerate in airtight container.
