Greek Chicken Pasta Salad

  • 80 g chicken breast (grilled or roasted)
  • 30 g Vetta Protein Pasta (uncooked )
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/4 red capsicum (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp fetta (crumbled)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper ( to taste)
  1. Cook pasta as per packet instruction and allow time to cool.

  2. Meanwhile add remaining ingredients into a salad bowl. Add cooled pasta and toss to combine.

  3. Serve or refrigerate in airtight container.
