Greek Chicken Pasta Salad
- 80 g chicken breast (grilled or roasted)
- 30 g Vetta Protein Pasta (uncooked )
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cucumber (sliced)
- 1/4 red capsicum (sliced)
- 1 tbsp fetta (crumbled)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt & pepper ( to taste)
Cook pasta as per packet instruction and allow time to cool.
Meanwhile add remaining ingredients into a salad bowl. Add cooled pasta and toss to combine.
Serve or refrigerate in airtight container.
