Roast Beef, Cheese & Mustard Sandwich
- 2 slices Tip Top 9 Grain Bread
- 60 g Primo roast beef slices
- 21 g Swiss cheese ((1 sandwich slice))
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 handful rocket
Spread 1 tsp mustard onto each slice of bread.
Add beef, cheese and rocket to one slice of bread and assemble sandwich with the remaining slice.
Cut sandwich in half and serve.
