Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Sandwich
- 2 slices Wonder White High Fibre Bread
- 50 g smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
- 1 sprig dill (diced)
- 1 slice red onion
- 1/4 medium cucumber (sliced)
- 1 tsp capers
In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, dill and capers and mix to combine.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto the two slices of bread.
Add smoked salmon, onion and cucumber slices to one slice of bread and assemble sandwich with the remaining slice.
Cut in half and serve.
