Tuna & White Bean Salad

  • 95 g tuna (in springwater, drained)
  • 100 g cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 tbsp red onion (diced)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  1. Add tuna, beans, tomatoes and onion into a salad bowl and toss to combine

  2. Dress with oil and vinegar and toss again until salad is well coated

  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate in airtight container
